For this month, what would be fantastic would be an exploration of design patterns (such as in mobile web), and working with jQuery and CSS would be great too.
Here's some examples already online:

Specific application approaches would be interesting too, let's see what you've got :)
Graphics and programming tricks would be nice; if I were you I'd hang back on the flash and video stream this month, as we'll be concentrating on those in future challenges :)

Another thing that would be really cool is to add information such as what the design pattern is, what the rationale is, some examples, and also what any exceptions would be.

Is nice to have a path to follow: the topic is wide and it have multiple branches: being chaotic risk to make me waste time and energy but experimenting on the n810 is a joy :).
Hope this summer Ill be able to spend a bit ot time working on a 'real' phone and I need a bit of rigour and rules...
Thank you for the tips

Rewarding the contents creation for the community is a great idea!
Can you give us some boundary? General OS's UI ideas? Specific application approaches? Any kind of weird wacko design?
and
More graphics? More programming tricks? Flash mockups? Video stream demos?
Everything above?
