Good afternoon!! I am the owner of model Nokia N76-1. With purchase of this phone there were problems, its case became to peel after 2 weeks of using. In the service centers of Kiev there is such problem as greater turns, and one more problem - is not present cases for replacement. Periodically I heard this answer (but not handing over phone in repair).
Having addressed on October, 6th in the next service center, I have given it on "repair" after 30 minutes of expectation I have received such информацию-My phone is removed from a guarantee since in it there is a presence of a moisture … ….
And replacement of the case will cost now 120 $. And the case at once was!!! The service center: "Ravis" 252212, Kiev, quay Rusanovskaja 8. Ph. 555-79-49,555-89-19 (from 06.10.2007.)
I know, that it is rules established by company Nokia. But explain to me, where logic and respect for your clients?????
Even if there is a congestion of a moisture in the device … …
IT perfectly works!!!!!!! It my best assistant in business and in a life ….
But it has a bare and obscene appearance because of a material of which it is made …..
Still I wish to notice that this model is stylish and dear!!!!!!
But it not so decently to put on a table or to hold in hands!! I very much wait from you for the sanction of my problem.
