Yes, it is a little outdated, but quite nice overview based on the Adobe training materials...

Nice addition Hartti, thanks. The presentation of this video (and the training it comes from) is getting a little outdated now mainly due to the fact that it's pre-Flash CS3 and Device Central. Most of the content though is still relevant since Flash Lite 2.x will be the default player for some time to come as FL3 begins to roll out. People can contact me at Moket if they want info on getting the full training materials.
