Firmware v20 for N97

Hello All
After a prolong waiting its time of some good news for Nokia N97 users, as there is an firmware update available via NSU i.e. nokia software updater.
The v20 firmware reports to have good scrolling effect and new looks of OVI Maps and store is also expected. I have just updated the device and following are some of my observations:
- The touch UI response has improved fairly and that is what we all were waiting for.
- I observed some improvements in the default music player which are same like my good old nokia N95 8gb.
- The new OVI Maps has a great improvement with the 3D maps.
- I was expecting some improvements in the phone memory optimization but sad to say i didnt find any optimization.

firmware recalled ?

I tried updating, while it was downloading, the updater stopped and now any further tries shows v1.12 as the latest !!!
any problems with the new firmware ?

Hi... I have N97 .. sorry I'm a new one subscriber.I would to ask you when I can download the new firmware for my nokia N97.I did read on the net that is very usefull upgrade.Thank you

you can connect your new N97 to nokia software updater and then you just need to follow some minor steps to update your N97.

Hi ,
I did try to Update with N.U.S but it say that the actually firmware is the version 11.0.021... I don't know what I must do Mister Gargi,can you help me ?

HI I think I have some problem with my N97...the NSU in nokia web say that I can update to the new version but when I try to update the software is telling me that the 11.0.021 is the last version... what can I do.. it will be very kind of you if you give me some advice..

I am not sure but i feel that your device doesnt have the generic nokia firmware may be you have got the device through some carrier like vodafone.
You may go to http://www.nokia.com/discussions and ask this question again there to get some more help.
