Here's an interesting thing: using the N95 to create a multi-touch system

Some folks went really creative when it comes to interacting with the phone, and invented a way to use the phone without touching it
Here is a demo video (I don't know which language they are speaking)

Hello people,
I'm really impressed with the numbers of Accelerinvaders so far. I did not expect it. It's been less than a week since I had released the first version of the game, and here are some stats (at the moment I visit the page):
Anyway, it seems people really like Space Invaders, hehe. Let's see what the future holds for accelerometer-enabled games.
In the meanwhile, there's a new video at YouTube for the next version (v0.4) of Accelerinvaders, featuring smoother movements and a new move. Can you guess it ? Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD3KbHOy7gs
I hope you enjoy!

Hello!
I took a simple Space Invaders clone I wrote, and changed it to use the N95 accelerometer. Here it is:

Also, this game uses OpenGL ES for graphics (although it is not 3D), and the vibration API. The vibration feature should be enabled in the user profile, so it can work.
The controls are:
shoot: big d-pad button
move ship: move phone:
The game can be played in either portrait or landscape mode (although it does not support changing it dynamically yet). Anyway, I'll refine the movement with the accelerometer near in the future
It's a first try, so your feedback is welcome.
Have fun!
edit (December 1st): new version (v0.4) is out at MOSH.
