Techchrunch have posted an interesting analysis of traffic coming to websearch.

Ok, so there are some questions around the Andoid vs S60 search views but it definately looks like S60 needs "comes with data plan" to make any kind of headway.
Still it does look like S60 is still pulling down quite a lot of traffic against some of its competitors

I have a problem obtaining the properties of web service of the Nokia E71
String sproweb1 = System.getProperty("xml.rpc.subset.version");

I get that are equal to null
is search everything?

Not sure how to view this as its certainly in Googles interest to promote the idea we all really want to spend time doing full search on mobile. However the Apple app model seems to lean more towards the widget (information appliance) route where we have simple apps for everything thus negating long winded web searches. Would have been interesting to see total data use against web search.
