the 3rd edition SDK plug-in has been published in Forum Nokia web-pages. The plug-in contains most partnered APIs of the S60 3.0 and it was created with a close co-operation of S60 team and there is no need to pay for a partnering request case. It can be downloaded after simple click-through licensing terms acceptance.
