&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not sure what API you are looking for,  I&#039;ll try to help if you write me directly   For most API&#039;s you don&#039;t need to buy them you just get the API plugin and use that.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the 3rd edition SDK plug-in has been published in Forum Nokia web-pages. The plug-in contains most partnered APIs of the S60 3.0 and it was created with a close co-operation of S60 team and there is no need to pay for a partnering request case. It can be downloaded after simple click-through licensing terms acceptance.&lt;br /&gt;
