                &lt;p&gt;i checked after clearing cache, from 3 other browser and 3 other machines but same result.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I thought issue was in my IP, then i tested with some external IP but found same issue there. we tested from mumbai and bhavnagar (india).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Two of my friends was able to download it on first day of release, but they are facing same problem now.&lt;/p&gt;
